Hello! Thank you for getting in touch. I try look for products that are cruelty free, simple (no unnecessary fragrance or ingredients), reasonably priced, and gentle. Your line checked all those boxes, and I was excited to give them a try. I'm glad I did! I have avoided moisturizers in the past because my skin can be congested, prone to breakouts, and oily. I realize it still needs moisture, and Aquafix and Mr. Reliable have helped a lot. I use Aquafix every day (a.m. under sunscreen and p.m) and it doesn't make me feel any oilier at all--it just seems to help lock in moisture. I use Mr. Reliable in addition whenever my skin actually feels dry or if it feels flaky from some other AHA/BHA products I use. I plan to repurchase in the future, and I'm looking forward to other items you may come up with!

Hi! I am really enjoying all your products. I've followed you guys on instagram for a while and learn so much from your posts, and it's great to see you starting your own business and to be able to support that! Especially enjoy all the transparency that you bring to the skincare world, and how much you push people to look at what has been tested and shown to be effective in real, well-designed studies. It can be so hard to tell what's marketing spin and what is real and I love how you cut through that - creates lots of trust. I've learned about packaging, sunscreen (which I thought I knew a lot about), how to look at ingredient labels...I used to have pretty oily skin but as I've gotten a little older it's started to be dry in some places, especially as I have started using retinol. So I had a lot to learn about moisturizing. I use the water gel every day, a little of the oil depending on how my skin feels, and the balm at night over all the other stuff I put on in the evening. I also coat my face in the balm when I fly, which is often....learned it from your insta posts and it really helps...I love that you made a travel size, I'm obsessed with routines and I hate having to leave part of my routine behind when I travel! I was very excited to see that and I was even happier to see that the packaging would allow me to refill from a full size (at least for some of the items) in case you only make this as a one time thing. Also hate wasting packaging. The wallet is too small for all the other stuff I take with me but I have repurposed it as my case for tiny emergency beauty items I keep in my backpack (mini mascara, chapstick, earplugs, bandaids etc) and it's perfect for that. I really liked how sturdy it was - usually you get something like that and it's very cheaply made.Overall just wanted to say great job, thank you guys for all the consumer education you're doing, and best of luck with your business!
